Let's Homeschool Physical Fitness
As a homeschool parent I have found this to be a difficult subject to be disciplined about. Fitness is so vital and yet it is just not at the front of my mind on a daily basis. My children do have a wonderful backyard to play in and they are just naturally active children. This is a life saver for me but I still find that they need to feel competent in certain sports and with certain physical challenges. My husband tries to work with them a few times a week and he does quite well teaching them the basics of games such as volleyball or kickball.
